     You perhaps have a firewall or virus program not allowing the program to send or receive data. Do you have multiple virus programs running?

      Hi, please check if the firewall settings in your local network has blocked our update server. The IP address for MD802 product is 104.171.4.62. Or you may change another place to try if can install the PC Suite. Thanks!
